OH&S and Policies:
Edway Group is very committed to occupational health and safety of our employees. The whole company appreciates that if there is a job to be done it must be done safely. The objectives of our OH&S policies are, but not limited to:
- Appropriate screening of all of our personnel prior to their start with us
- Thorough health and safety induction and an ongoing development
- Establishment of correct site safety protocols and procedures
- Monitoring of further development of all health and safety procedures on the sites that our employees are working on
All employees are provided with an outline of company safety policies and are required to sign a copy of it to acknowledge that they understood ours and our client’s safety policies.
